amazing photo album here from WW2 fighter pilot Lt. W.R. Davis. The photo album is just loaded with all kinds of fighter planes, pilot's, flight crews, ground crews, troop movements, flights, etc. to include Davis on the homefront! There are 80 personal photos in this album and 169 military related for a total of 249! I took photos of all the important images as there is a lot of other personal photos in this album that didn't really need to be shown. I only pulled a handful of the photos from album to see what was written on the back, so I'm certain there are plenty more in here that have details on reverse. Pretty sure these guys were at D-Day invasion as one of the photos states on it on the reverse. I have not done any research on this guy or any others from the album.  A very historical piece of  WW2 aviation that rarely comes available to the collecting community
